    Type a name or a line, draw or upload a logo, place it on one of fifteen pendant and keychain shapes, and see it in 3D. Leave one line for your customer to write, and we engrave each order as it was typed.

Their name, in your font, before they buy

Add our Personalization block to your Shopify product page. Your customer types a name, picks one of your fonts and sees it drawn right there. Seeing it before they buy helps you sell more.

One button places it
From your dashboard, one button opens your Shopify theme editor with the block already on your product page. Save, and it is live.
They see it first
The field keeps each piece's own rules. Your fonts show as Font 1, Font 2 and on, and the preview draws the name in the font they pick, in your colors.

Questions about personalization

How does my customer personalize a piece?

They type the name in the field on your product page and pick one of your fonts. The order carries both to us, and we engrave them.

How many letters can a name have?

Each piece sets its own limit and shows it on the page. Most take up to ten letters. Spaces do not count.

Which fonts can I offer?

Any of the fonts the piece supports, in the order you choose. Your buyers see them as Font 1, Font 2 and so on.

Can I sell Hebrew or Arabic name necklaces?

Yes. The catalog has pieces for Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, Cyrillic, Amharic and Devanagari names. A name in the wrong alphabet is stopped before the order exists.

Can my customer personalize a pendant I designed?

Yes. When you design the pendant, leave one line for your customer. They type their own words on your product page, and we engrave them in your layout.

Is the name printed or engraved?

Deep-engraved, never printed. The letters are cut into the metal, so they stay.

What if a name arrives misspelled?

We engrave exactly what was typed, so the piece matches the order. Any production defect, we remake and reship it free.
