The production partner rule, honestly
Etsy asks every listing made with outside help to declare a production partner. For a personalized piece, choose “Sourced by a seller”, never “Made by”. Set it up once in Shop Manager. The kit gives you the description and the location to paste.

How does personalization work on Etsy?
Turn on Etsy's personalization setting and add the question from the kit. When the sale lands, copy your buyer's answer word for word into the order.
Which photos go on the listing?
Your product gallery: photos and spec sheets, downloaded together from the kit in Etsy's order.
How long does entering a sale take?
