Do I need to buy inventory?

No. We make each piece after your customer orders it. You pay after your customer pays you.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. No signup fee, no monthly fee, no minimum order. You pay the base price on each order, after your customer pays you. Your first 100 branded pouches and thank-you cards are free.

Who makes the jewelry?

We do. We have been making jewelry for 13 years, and we make every piece to order.

Where does it ship from?

From the US, under your name. A customer in the US gets it without customs or a month in transit.

How long does delivery take?

Made in 3–6 business days, then 2–5 days in transit within the US (6–10 to Canada and the UK).

Will my customer see Jeweliful anywhere?

No. Your logo is on the pouch and the Thank-you card. Nothing of ours is in the box.

Where do my product photos come from?

Our AI photo studio makes them: styled scenes of your piece, in your brand's look. You pay per shoot with prepaid tokens from your dashboard.

What are the pieces made of?

925 sterling silver, or gold plated, rose-gold plated and silver plated brass. The metal is sourced from Italy. Names are deep-engraved, never printed.

What if a piece arrives faulty?

We remake any production defect and ship it again, free.

Which stores can I connect?

Shopify connects directly. Etsy is assisted: list with the Listing Kit and enter each sale in your dashboard. Wix and Amazon are coming soon.
