Manual or Auto-charge
Every store starts on Manual. Switch a store to Auto-charge and its orders are paid from your prepaid order credits about thirty minutes after they arrive, on your Shopify bill. If the balance runs short, the order waits for you in Action required. We never retry it on our own.

What does Shopify print on demand mean for jewelry?
You list pieces in your Shopify store without buying them. When a customer orders, we make the piece and ship it from the US under your name. You pay for it after the sale.
Which photos publish to my store?
The gallery you built for the piece: your uploads, AI Studio images and spec sheets. Never the white catalog photo.
How does a buyer type the name on my product page?
Through the Personalization block, added to your theme with one button. The name and the font come back on the order exactly as typed.
Does the tracking number reach the order?
Yes. When the piece ships, the tracking number goes back to the Shopify order and your store sends its own shipping email.
Who sets the retail price?
You do, in your account, and the product publishes with it. The base price you pay us is shown beside it.
I already sell other things on Shopify. Does that matter?
