Questions about selling name necklaces
What metal are the name necklaces?
Gold plated, rose-gold plated or silver plated brass, or 925 sterling silver. The metal is sourced from Italy, and every piece is tarnish-resistant.
What is the difference between a nameplate necklace and a script name necklace?
The lettering. A nameplate usually has bold or block letters. A script name necklace joins the letters like a signature. Both are cut to the name, and the font you offer decides which one your customer gets.
How long can the name be?
2 to 11 letters in English, spaces not counted. Chinese, Japanese and Korean names take up to 5 characters, and the other languages up to 10.
Can my customer choose the font?
Yes. Offer one font per listing, or offer several and let your customer pick. One listing in the catalog carries all 50.
How long until my customer has it?
Made in 3–6 business days, then 2–5 days in transit within the US (6–10 to Canada and the UK).
Whose name is on the box?
